DELTANS CRY OUT: “HOUSE AGENTS DON FINISH US” — GOVERNMENT, PLEASE COME TO OUR RESCUE
Residents across Delta State are lamenting the rising cost of house rents and what they describe as excessive charges and demands from some house agents and landlords.
Many tenants say the situation is becoming unbearable, with agents allegedly adding multiple fees to already expensive rents and making accommodation increasingly difficult for ordinary residents.
“House agents don finish us. Government, please come to our rescue,” concerned residents appeal.
They are calling on the Delta State Government and relevant authorities to intervene, regulate the activities of house agents and protect tenants from exploitative practices.
Deltans deserve affordable and decent accommodation.
