Kenya High Court Grants Bail to Hon. John Philip Gichohi Kaguchia, Sets September Hearing

The High Court of Kenya sitting in Kiambu County has ordered the release of Hon. John Philip Gichohi Kaguchia on police cash bail of KSh 100,000 pending the hearing of his application.

According to the court order dated 3 August 2026, the case is titled:

The matter was heard before Hon. Lady Justice Njoki Mwangi following an urgent Notice of Motion filed by the applicant.
